Top quality: the criteria

A listing shows this badge when, at our nightly check, it meets every criterion below. Nobody can pay for it; our staff can withdraw it from a listing, with a reason, but cannot award it.

Criteria

• An average rating of at least 4.6 from at least 25 published reviews
• At least 10 paid bookings in the last 90 days
• The operator cancelled no more than 3% of its bookings (the weather does not count)
• Booking requests and messages answered within 24 hours (median)
• Registration and insurance verified by our staff

The badge plays no part in ranking.
