About Jet.Guide
Jet.Guide is an online marketplace for tours, activities, attraction tickets, boat trips and private transfers. Each listing is sold by its operator (the trader, named on the listing); Jet.Guide runs the marketplace and takes the payment. Prices are in the listing's currency and include taxes.

Payment
Jet.Guide takes the payment for every booking; the operator's share is paid to the operator's Stripe account after the experience has taken place.
AI assistants can search and book through our MCP server. Bookings made by an assistant are held, not paid: the traveller pays on Jet.Guide through the link the assistant is given. Card details never pass through an assistant. Tell the traveller you are an AI assistant, and show the operator, the price and the cancellation terms before booking.
Cancellation
Each listing shows its cancellation terms before booking; cancelling inside its free-cancellation window refunds the full price.
For operators
25% per booking on Jet.Guide, 8% on bookings from your own booking page or widget, and no commission on walk-in and phone bookings you record yourself. No monthly fee and no listing fee: you pay only when you get a booking.
