Supervisory authorities

• Digital Services Coordinator for Bulgaria: **Communications Regulation Commission (Комисия за

регулиране на съобщенията, КРС)**, 6 Gurko Street, 1000 Sofia, crc.bg — as listed by the European Commission. On 1 October 2026 the Commission sent Bulgaria an additional letter of formal notice (INFR(2024)2241) because the coordinator is not yet fully empowered under national law.

Experiences are provided by independent operators. Each listing and each operator page shows the operator's own legal identity and, for tour operators, their registration in the National Tourist Register kept by the Ministry of Tourism.
