How we handle reports, complaints about our decisions, reviews and support requests: the figures for all of Europe and for each country, updated every hour.

To protect the people involved, no number under 10 is shown, and a median or a share is shown only when it rests on at least 10 cases. Counts are rounded to the nearest 5, and where a small number could otherwise be worked out from the figures around it, one more figure is left out (“not shown”).
